A: Lisa is a career math teacher with over 34 years experience in the classroom. She is uniquely qualified to make an analysis of the student quickly and accurately to determine what the student needs to succeed.
Q: Is Lisa able to tutor students anywhere in the United States?
A: Essentially yes, especially for the Contiguous US. Lisa is located in the Central Time Zone but can work with students anywhere. She often holds late sessions for students on the West Coast.
Q: Will Lisa provide material to the student?
A: Lisa will spend a certain amount of time outside of a session to find light material for the student as-needed. Generally the tutoring session is based on the student’s unique situation and classroom material.
Q: How much do you charge for an hour of tutoring and how do I pay?
A: The rate is $45/hour, however I offer packages of sessions at a discounted rate when paid in full in advance.
Q: What if I need to cancel my session?
A: Canceling with less than 24 hours notice may result in a 1/2 cost refund.
